Rainy Days with Daddy

In the summertime, when David is not only working his full-time job, but also running his lawn business as well, we don't get to see a lot of him. Even if his regular lawns don't take all week, many times there are other side jobs that he has to get done. So we love the days when it is too wet for him to work outside. It gives us a great excuse to spend a guilt-free day together doing something fun. A couple Saturdays ago we took a little day trip up to Mesa Falls. Here are some pics of the fun day we had with Daddy!

Here we are at the top of the trail you walk down to look at the falls. Behind us is the lodge that has been there...for a really long time (I'm sure we read about it inside, but I forgot how old it is.)
